Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are permitted. All refund requests are subject to this policy.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment, the customer will be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution, typically 3–5 business days.

3. Cancellation After 24 Hours

If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours of payment confirmation, a 5% cancellation fee will apply. The remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Services that have been completed
• Services that are partially completed or in progress
• Orders already fulfilled or processed

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at the time of transaction. Laundry World is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
