5. Risk and Limitation of Liability

• Pre-existing damage, fabric weakness, or manufacturing defects
• Shrinkage, colour fading, or texture changes during standard cleaning
• Damage to items not suitable for machine or water-based cleaning
• Items requiring specialised or non-standard care not disclosed at the time of service

6. Payments

All payments must be completed at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via approved payment providers. You authorise us to charge the selected payment method for the total order amount.

7. Right to Refuse Service
